This relaxing class was created during the COVID-19 pandemic to help people manage their stress and anxiety during this crisis. It is for anyone who is curious about the benefits of yoga, and/or might not have a regular yoga practice. It walks you through simple ways to create your own props using common things found around the house. Restorative yoga relaxes the body, calms the mind and allows your nervous system to rest and reset. Enjoy and stay well!
